George and the Magnificent Potion was the first book by Roald Dahl published by Kver book publishing in 2015. It has been sold out by the publisher and has been almost unavailable for a long time. The second book, a year later, was BFG, which was published in Iceland around the same time as Steven Spielberg's blockbuster, where Ólafur Darri Ólafsson played one of the giants and other roles memorably. The cover of that book was based on an advertisement for the movie. The BFG has also been almost unavailable for a while.
This has now been rectified and both George and the Amazing Potion and The BFG are now out in new editions with renewed covers by Quentin Blake. The stories are obviously the same as before, but the books are even more beautiful and elaborate than before. As before, they are illustrated with wonderful drawings by Quentin Blake. The books are now at a promotional price until March and are available in Eymundsson and other bookstores.
